Return procedure

At Naturalum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 100% natural beeswax candles. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. Our returns procedure is outlined below.


1. Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product.


2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • To be unused and undamaged.
  • Must be in the original packaging, if possible.
  • To be complete.

Please note: Personalized cards cannot be returned.


3. How do you return?

To return your purchase, follow these steps:

  1. Register your return: Contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt at info@naturalum.nl. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Package the product: Carefully pack the candles in the original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage.
  3. Send the package: Send the package to our return address:

Important: You are responsible for paying for return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend keeping proof of shipment.

Confirmation: After receiving and checking your return, you will receive a confirmation within 5 working days.


4. Refund

Once your return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount to the account you used for payment within 14 business days. Personalized or used products are not eligible for a refund unless defective.


5. Defective or wrong product?

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@naturalum.nl. We will send you a replacement free of charge or refund the purchase price, including return shipping.
